Artichoke Basille's Pizza

I am giving the Bay Ridge Artichoke Basille's 5 stars because of stellar customer service in addition to highly addictive, delicious food. I've never been disappointed with any orders (and I've ordered here many times), and even though this one time my order was incorrect, I am still rating an emphatic 5 stars! Most of the time, I would take away a star for that, but I am not because when I called to ask about something missing from my order, they really went above and beyond merely correcting the order to make it right. I was speechless when they promptly went right to work to correct the order, and when it was delivered, I received even more than I expected. You really can't say enough about great customer service, and that is what I experienced, and why I will continue to be a loyal customer. Now, onto the food. As always, it was delicious, and I might nearly be addicted to the Staten Island pizza - it is extremely tasty! I also got an order of meatballs and breadsticks and they were spectacular! If you're a carnivore, go for the Staten Island pizza and/or meatballs (their pepperoni is awesome too), and if you're not, the breadsticks and famous artichoke pizza are delicious. A lot of pizza restaurants can't or don't make meatballs well, so I really enjoy finding a place that does. Awesome food and fantastic customer service - I can't recommend this place highly enough!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I asked them to write a message on the box for Valentine's Day ("Forget flowers, true love is pizza") and they did not disappoint! Thank you guys for making my partner and I the envy of everyone at work <3 you rock!!!!

The vodka pie is pure perfection!!! My friend got a Staten Island slice and loved it. Besides the food being amazing, the staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Five stars, multiple thumbs up and a million high fives!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would've ordered again, but see they changed the minimum order to $40. Time for management to think about how price gauging might make customer's look to competitor's.

We love this Artichoke Basille's! The staff is always so polite and accommodating, the food is always great and delivered on time or early. We order pretty regularly!

They have great food and deliver late night, that basically says it all. The Vodka Sauce square is my favorite so far. The original is good-cheesy, and the Margarita is a saucy slice dotted with a little cheese I think its perfect. The artichoke slice wasnt my thing, I didnt dig it. The box salad is delicious and very big, so much goodness, I think I would ask for less cheese next time to be honest-its so much. Everything on their menu is a large size basically-giant goodness. The garlic knots are big, puffy, omg its so fluffy, crunchy-but glistening with garlicky glaze. Overall the place is great and the workers and delivery people very nice and do a good job. Thank you.

I live in South Beach and go to Brooklyn about once a month. I go to Artichoke during every visit. The pizza is true NY, as the staff are as well. They only take cash in store but you can use credit through this app. Amazing amazing amazing! I'll be up in Brooklyn in a week. See you the artichoke!

This was our first order. And we ordered the crab pizza well done. This was absolutely the best pizza we have ever eaten. It was so tasty and delicious we moaned through every bite. It was even good cold. I highly recommend this pizza, its expensive. But its worth every bite!

The artichoke in Bay Ridge has become my favorite pizza place in the area. I don't know how many times I've relied on them to be open after 1 am when I get off work.
